FRANCIS CHARLES UDUYORK was born October 28, 1973, He is at the time of writing this Biography a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing Ikot Abasi/Mkpat Enin/Eastern Obolo federal constituency of Akaw Ibom State, under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Francis attended St. Silas Primary School, Okoroete. Thereafter, he attended Commercial Secondary School, Ibekwe, for his secondary education. After his secondary education, he gained admission into the University of Calabar where he obtained B.Sc in Accounting. In his school times, he was the National President of the National Association of Eastern Obolo Students (NAOES). In his capacity as the student’s leader, he initiated and implemented both scholarship and bursary awards to students of Eastern Obolo origin. He also enhanced and facilitated the establishment of the one and only secondary school in Okoroete known as Okoromita Comprehensive Secondary School, Okoroete.
After the mandatory one year National Youth Service, Francis was employed by the Akwa Ibom State Local Government Service Commission as an Account Officer II.
Hon. Uduyok also worked as the Public Relations Manager in China Engineering Construction Company Nig. Ltd. (CECC). He has also served as a member of a Federal Board, the Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute. He was a member of several political committees in his State before his resignation to contest the Local Government elections.
As a Local Government boss, Francis Charles Uduyok consolidated on the milestone achievements of Chief Akpabio, by providing democracy divided to his people. He complemented the Governor's determination to transform the State, by constructing a 1.5 km road in Okorote and a Skill Acquisition Centre at Okorombokho among other things.
In the year 2015, Francis was elected as a member representing Ikot Abasi/Mkpat Enin/Eastern Obolo federal constituency of Akwa Ibom State, under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Francis’ Legislative Interests border on oil & gas, environmental re-consolidation. He targets to contribute towards the growth and development of Nigeria.
